Is there a shipping fee?
Shipping is free for all orders.

How long will my order take to arrive?
The vast majority of our orders arrive within 2-5 business days. Occasionally some products may be delayed due to being on backorder. If this occurs, we will contact you ASAP to advise of any delay and your options in the meantime. If your item is on backorder and you are not satisfied with the options presented you are entitled to a full refund at the time of being advised.

NOTE: Please allow additional time for deliveries at present due to reduced flights in response to COVID

Where do you ship to?
We ship throughout Australia. We are currently unable to deliver to PO boxes.


What is your returns policy?
Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Contact lenses and solutions must be returned in original condition in sealed, unopened and unmarked boxes. The customer bears the risk of loss for items returned until we accept delivery of the return from Australia Post.

How do I return an item?
Please contact customer support if you wish to return an item/s. We will then email you a paid electronic shipping label and instructions on how to return your item/s. Your refund will be processed within 7 days. 

Do I have to pay to return an item?
No. All returns are free: Total Contacts pays for the postage to return items to us. You only need to ensure the return is packaged appropriately in a secure box.

What do I do if an item is damaged or defective?
Please contact customer support if your contact lenses or solution are damaged or defective and advise us what the problem is. We will issue a full refund or exchange should the product be deemed to be damaged or defective.
